[SOV] Does ICE count for leveling Industry index ?

I already make a topic in the 0.0 sub-forum, but no responses yet, maybe wrong section so i ask here Oops

For leveling up the industry index level in SOV you have to mine ORE.

My question is ICE considered as ORE ,and mine ICE leveling up this Index ?

Ice is an "ore" just like any of the others. It counts towards the index as far as I am aware.
