Need help fitting a tengu to kill sleeper gas site rats

As the title says, I can fly a tengu and need to kill sleeper wormhole rats for my friend so he can continue gas mining. Can a tengu kill the few sleeper rats that spawn and if so, how would I fit it/ fly it.

Last time he mined the following rats spawned: Sleepless Keeper x2 and Emergent Keeper x2

Don't know much about sleepers but I want to help my friend out, any help would be appreciated.

2 bs and 2 frigs, neuting 30gj/s in total
you better put a passive tank on that tengu
otherwise you should be fine with a standard heavy missile tengu (hams wont work)

IIRC two BS and two frigs spawn and then a little while later two more of each spawn. You either need to be ready and kill the first spawn before the second pops up or be able to tank both. Combined dps is 2.2k and neut is 60Gj/s.

So basically whip up a passive fit (ASB maybe?) that can tank that and you should be fine. Even if you dont come right I'm sure if you post a fit someone would suggest helpful changes to make it better.
