Inability to disband corp

So on sisi i have Irakina as CEO of my corp, i have recently sold her so that might be a problem...

Anyway, i am trying to remove her as CEO, but i when i go to click "Resign as CEO, Confirm" it gives me no prompts or error messages. just nothing.

Any advice?

If con is the opposite of pro, then is Congress the opposite of progress?
