Corporation Wallet - Journal doesnt Load...

So here is some background info i have director roles so its not a roles issue i also have completely reinstalled eve.....

So what happens is when i go to the Corp wallet and go to the Journal tab and hit load it will load all the recent payments but if i reclick load after receiving another payment the wallet wont load it.. it like the load button only works once but here is another thing if i pay my isk to the wallet and hit load it will update but if someone else pays isk it wont update no matter what anyone have any idea what is going on i have tried everything.....

Plus i have tried it on my laptop as well and that doesn't even work...
