You seem to do that to yourself just fine, all on your own.

See, nailed this dude with the bolded part.

How very Machiavellian of you.

You realise two of the terms you listed there are rather ironically redundant right?

Does it really matter what I do or do not realize? Mr red squiggly line underneath my realise.

Tricking you into writing Haikus for a paltry 100m ISK, then bountying you and nearly having a fit over the KMs
Want to do it again? Will pay 200m this time

Getting people to sing on the forum Pirate

Getting people to sing on comms Twisted

Asking someone to explain transversal three times, then asking him to explain the offside rule, with 3 other women stood behind me guffawing Straight

Using experiences in EvE IRL, like changing career direction. Talking to some of the smartest people I've come across. Being taught to see things from multiple perspectives, or more completely changing my mind over things based upon conversations. Being able to participate in the game at a text based level (which is awesome when you love reading but despise twitch gaming). Using EvE as a lens to view the rest of the internet with bizarre results. Lurking in plain sight to study the strange male mind with hilarious results.

Particular favourite hobby - spotting interesting people/high profile figures ingame then sneaking upto them to talk to them (sometime on alts) without them knowing it's me. And then mentioning it years later. Oh, and trying to construct hideously complicated ingame challenges then executing them. Some of these projects have been ongoing for years, it's almost like playing against yourself. And everyone else.

Man you guys seem to get super mad I'm much more successful at what I do than you.

I suggest not measuring your own self-worth against others. Be happy with who you are. I know it's hard because you don't have much to work with, but if you stop comparing yourselves to your betters (people like me) you'll have a more fulfilling, enjoyable life.

I take that last 'good luck' to be his exit from this thread. If he posts again here...well, it's yet another red mark.

Well personally I'm knee deep in conceptual artwork right now (**** you negative space drawing, make my brain hurt) and needed to give my brain a break , hence ripping on you.

I measure success in several ways

By how many laughs me and my corp mates can entice out of each other.

Winning a tight fight, or losing a tight fight is also success.

Finishing the month with more ISK than I started the month, no matter how meager.

I got jumped at a poco this morning. I didn't panic. I hit the damage control, and the hardeners immediately instead of forgetting about them completely. I micro jumped out of web range, aligned to a book mark, and warped out unscathed.

I've gone from skulking around and avoiding camps to going about my business with impunity.

Man, I'm having a blast.

i was flying Orca once... routine flight within high sec, but it was Placid i think or somewhere around that area, i wasn't afk cause i was moving two legions and faction mods for them Cool but it was midnight and i miss clicked the gate name... and right after gate activated i found myself in low sec Shocked oh boy what a feeling! i got adrenalin ignitor activated with alarm beacon in my head...

check local i was the only one, was thinking for a second should i start burning back to the gate? nah damn thing is too slow for that high chances someone jump in and tackle me while my lame attempt to reach the gate, so i quickly jumped to the sun @ 100km and right after i re-aligned to the safe gate someone appeared in local, to my surprise it was one of my friend who was running his DST back to high sec Blink

when i told him what just happened, he was laughing at me all next day

I measure my success on how many BPO's I own ... which right now isn't enough sadly. I need more! I need them all! Does that count though?

And of course there's the success of doing work and helping my corp <3
