42B Collateralised Loan @ 1.8% [Repaid]

I have an easy 28B of collateral in the form of blueprints that I'm handing over to Grendell in the next day or so.

I want to borrow 28B at 1.8% based on that.

Grendell did the conservative valuation on these BPOs and will confirm it when he posts later.

The loan duration is uncertain. I'll borrow for at least 2 months, but then I may either repay or extend. If anyone wants out at any time just let me know and I'll return your isk as soon as I can and you'll lose any interest you may have been due for the part month to that point.

Default will by after 2 missed payments, either consecutive or otherwise. But since I've never missed a payment in my long history of MD bonds, loans and IPOs I doubt that will happen.

Obviously I'm a well known scammer and that may be a concern for you. Grendell is going to cover you for that and I'm probably more professional in my dealings with clients and business partners than half of the honourable bushido warriors of MD anyway. But if you have any doubts, just don't do it. There will be another bond along shortly to take your isk!

Hi guys, there is a possibility I may not be around next week to send the first interest payment, so here it is early. I expect next month's payment will return to my planned schedule.

If you could post some kind of acknowledgement that would be great.

I am considering adding another generous 14B of collateral in the form of blueprints. If I choose to go ahead I will be handing these to Grendell in around 9 days from now.

I would want to borrow another 14B at 1.8% based on that.

Once again Grendell did the conservative valuation on these BPOs and will confirm it if I choose to proceed. The loan duration, for the entire package, will be at least 2 more months. Minimum investment is 1B. All other terms remain the same as in the first post.

Existing investors get priority over new investors.
