UI HUD Location locked targets

Hi guys ,
this is probably an easy task but hey .. i got to ask ive tried everything i can come up with and now throwing in the towel and asking you good people to help me..

Ok here it goes... *sigh

How do i change the location of locked targets to the top of the screen ..? i get the locked targets in the middle and its so annoying look at the image on link below to see what i mean :)

Next to the target circle there is a small cross-hair shaped icon (down and to the right in your picture). Click and drag that to move where you want targets to be displayed.

The selected target on the farr right has a tiny little target symbol to its bottom right .
Click and drag this to wherever you want.

Personally I have mine immediately above my modules ,
with my selected item window on top of those with the overview on top of that

I also keep my drone window down there also for minimal mouse mileage (I PvP drunk a lot so it pays to keep them all close)

Omg ... i knew it was something easy .. lol havent even noticed that small crosshair before .... Thanks haha i tried a lot of **** to try ans sort it out and so easy... :)
