If the free SP were for TQ, the entire TQ population would have rushed into Sisi to attend the test.

Same issue for me :(

No unallocated Sp arrived :P, i restarted the client, and logged in and out several times..

And YES i checked Singularity not Tranquility xD

Check tomorrow. It normally takes over a day or 2 before they are there.
