Issues, Workarounds & Localization

When I start the launcher and there is a new patch being loaded or its just checking the shared stuff, the bar doesnt always move on its own when I switch to another window like the browser or the desktop. I have to move my mouse inside the launcher window so the progress bar keeps moving.
Yesterday I started the launcher and was wondering that the log in button didnt turn blue after like 2minutes. I thought the bar didnt load because its still scanning before patching or something. But when I moved my mouse into the launcher window the progress bar jumped to 100% and the log in button turned from grey to blue.

Today the bar checked the shared contents but moved partially on its own while I was doing something in the browser on the other screen. But still I had to move my mouse inside the launcher window to see the actualy progress because the bar didnt update itself properly. By the time it showed 50%, it was actually already done.
