Planning to sell off this character very soon so I was wondering what it's worth.

EveBoard

Character is good in a lot of different PVE areas and has a good foundation to build on for PVP activities.

PVE:
-L4 Missions
-Mining
-Scanning
-Planetary Interaction
-Industry
-Some Science/Lab activities

PVP skills:
-Gunnery
-Drones
-Engineering
-Scanning again
-Shields (a few important ones at or near Level 5)

Some noteworthy ships that it can fly:
-Legion (Levels 4 and 5)
-Tengu (all at Level 5)
-Purifier (Amarr Stealth Bomber)
-Prorator (Amarr stealth Blockade Runner transport)
-Nightmare
-Paladin
-Hulk and anything below it
-Mackinaw
-Orca
-Providence (Amarr Freighter)
-Noctis
-Amarr and Caldari Battleships/Battle cruisers

Other strengths:
-Great Trade skills
-Good at Shield and Armor tanking
-Good Missile skills
-Great Mining/Reprocessing skills
-Great standings with Amarr agents
-Great security status

Cons:
Has bad standings with Gallente/Minmatar/Pirate factions
