It says unable to access the path 'Updates\', so I made it in the installation folder as that's the path where it looks like it's expecting it to be. Sure enough, after running the .exe as administrator, the updates folder was deleted again by EveIPH.

The installation folder is in the regular Program Files (x86) folder.

I make that folder every update, then delete it. It's so I can manage the update files and revert to the old ones if something goes wrong. Not sure why it would let me make and delete files but not folders.

Sounds like a UAC issue. I'll see what I can figure out. Are you using an admin account or restricted one in windows 10?

Not sure if this application is still supported.

What would be really cool is if the program could determine all the items that could be made given the materials you have available, sort them by ISK per hour. If you didn't have the blueprint for an item that comes up on the list, it would identify where that particular blueprint could be bought and at what price.

I'm using an admin account with UAC set to 'never notify'. And yep, that's what I expected with the updates folder.

What about the haywire SVR values, any progress on those?

SVR is due to the data EMD provides...I can't really control that. Trying to implement my own volume import but it's not very efficient yet.

Is it possible to transfer all of my BPC/BPO that are set to owned to another character? Ive changed my default toon to another that has better trade skills for buying materials but the owned BPO come up empty for that character. I made a backup from the old toon and imported it to the new but nothing appears under owned BPOs

You would need to know your other character's ID number and then replace it in the output file before input. I'm not sure how you get that other than looking it up in the app. If you just give all the bps to the other character then the api will update automatically.

OK, Ill try that option, it seems the easier. Thanks

Not sure if it is anything I am doing wrong here, but when pasting in assets it seems to be stripping out stuff that I still need, for example after inputting assets (advanced components mainly) that i already had to make soem frigates, it stripped out all sylramic fibres from the items needed, so when I need to make something I had to revisit a trade hub to buy them, Sylramic fibres were not in the assets that I had pasted originally. hopefully this makes sense.

Cannot point out how wonderful this app is and how much I appreciate allt the efforts that you put in.
As despite searching I cannot find a manual or any other description that answers my question, maybe you find the time to have a look on this:

The way I am planning my production, I use percentile sell for every input and percentile buy for any output. Such, I have an issue with components. I generally calculate them based on percentile buy (assuming that I going to sell them), but for production planning I would need the price to be percentile sell.

Is there a way to import prices like this, I tried "percentile sell & buy" but the result was not what I expected.

And a remark, don't know whether this has been covered: You reaction calculations are giving theoretically correct but practically unusable results for alchemy reactions as P/L is calculated based on 100% refining output. I guess it would be too much work implementing skill and facility based refining outputs, so you might consider to calculate them based on 50% output rather than 100% which would be at closer to reality.

It makes sense. I'll take a look and make sure it's updating correctly.

It sounds like you just need to uncheck everything, then import percentile sell for components only. You can set individual items to whatever you want, you don't need to do all or nothing.

Reactions should take into account the skills for refining. I probably should add a refining setting to the tab but you can set this in the program settings. If you can give me an example of what you expect, I can take a look to see what's happening.

Hi,

Thanks for the great tool. I have a couple of questions about the price selections. From what I've been able to gather reading the backposts in this thread, the Price Import Types are options from the Eve-Central API, correct? These are calculated on the existing orders. Now that the CREST market data is available, have you considered options for the min, max and average daily transaction prices (i.e. what's shown on the in-game chart?)? I believe that eve-marketdata already provides at least the average, and you use the volume for the SVR, right?

Thanks again. I was considering writing my own tool do do some of what IPH does before I discovered it.

Yeah SVR is from EMD, which is updated. I have some stuff written to get the crest data but it's slow right now. When I get more time next week I'll see what I do to improve it but I'll leave the eve central imports because crest is only the previous day data to 365 days. But I want to recreate the history graph at some point.

Keep the EVE Central imports for sure. I find the market history average is a nice supplement for certain distorted markets, like T2 and WH materials, which often have to be purchased from sell orders because the buy orders never fill.

Hi,

Thanks for creating and supporting this tool for so long, it's made life much easier for me.

I just updated my computer to windows 10, and but now when I go to set my manufacturing location to a WH Pos, the list of systems doesn't load.
Looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/1PKSMr2.png
Occasionally, the drop down will be much longer, more like the length if the systems were being displayed.

Thanks for writing and supporting this tool, hope this can get fixed.

Take Unrefined Ferrofluid Reaction as an example.
Settings: Refine station tax unchecked (=0), Default Refining efficiency = 50 %, no broker fee/taxes, Refine 'Unrefined items', Scrapmetal Processing 0, fuel cost=0

Input: 100 Cadmium, 100 Hafnium
Output (100%& efficiency): 173 Hafnium, 73 Ferrofluid
IPH Isk per hour: 2.704.599,13 - this is based on 100% refining efficiency (which is impossible for alchemy), If I use my pricing it would be 2.8 mln which is pretty close

Correct ISK per hour (my prices): 449k

So IPH is always calculated by theoretical maximum refining output instead of real output based on skills/refining efficieny.
Skill is also not taken into account, result is same for toon with scrapmetal processing V and 0.

Please note that this affects alchemy reactions only.

Hey,

Sorry if this is a really dumb question. Hope I am not wasting your time. I tried searching for the problem on the web, these forums and scanned through some of this thread, but came up with nothing, so here goes...

I recently updated to 3.1.2730.10118 through the program itself. When I try to update prices it gives me "EVE Central Server is Unavailable. ... (502) Bad Gateway."

Eve Central website seems to work and the server status reports as being up, so is this a setting issue, or perhaps something on my end?

I run Windows 8.1

Thanks for your time, and I love your work.
