Announcing an event at Hel Beach, sponsored by Repracor Industries!

Hello!
I would like to invite you all to an all afternoon beach party at Hel Beach. There will be enough food, drinks, sun, and sea for everyone!

We will start in the afternoon with bathing and a bit of light drinks and food, and then we'll go on with barbeque and end with some fireworks. In the meantime we will play games, bathe, and generally have a good time.

Dress code: Beachwear
Place: "Hel Beach"
Time: 3rd October, 19.00


Event is currently open to all but can change at the discretion of the event sponsor with no warning. Please direct all questions to this thread.

At this time the party that has reserved the venue (Repracor Industries) has put forward no restrictions on who may attend the beach party. However, they also have full discretion to change their reservation at any time and are not required by the reservation contract to provide warning to myself, the staff, or ownership.

As it is not the intention of the ownership to put restrictions on those who reserve the venue I thought it appropriate to provide fair warning of this policy to those who wish to attend. We are not responsible for any refunds of travel fees or liable for any other possible consequences of the reserving party changing who they decide to allow at Hel Beach during their reserved time.

I apologize for sounding unwelcoming, at this time all persons and factions are allowed to attend.
