Silly pop up when training new skills.

So nothing big but when you right click a skillbook and select train to level 1 a pop up opens with the following message

"The * skill group * cannot be fitted".

e.g. clicking the Fuel Conservation skillbook you'll get the message "The Navigation cannot be fitted".

You can just click "Ok" and the window will be gone so it's not a big deal just giving you guys a heads up.
