Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I do not want to initially claim this as a bug since this might be happening only on my end.

I am not using a high end gaming rig to play this game, but a business model type computer. Thus I have many of the graphic enhancements toned down or turned off. Over the past year or so, logging into the game is getting to be a longer and longer process.

- Enter password and wait thirty seconds to one minute minimum.

- Start to process bulk data: this takes the longest to get through with wait times from two to a good five minutes. Perhaps with the release of more skins, all those graphics are being loaded.

- Reaching the character select screen takes up to a minute.

- Selecting one character takes up to a minute to process.

Then perhaps one out of three times being in the game, the clock in the lower left hand corner never advances but remains at the same time I logged into the game.

Again, I know this computer here is a limitation to itself, but yet I am not experiencing these slowdown issues with other games and processes.
