Stuck at gate

I've been using the "Bootstrap" method to run 2 clients with an added monitor since I added another account 4 yrs ago and never had a problem until today. Just after jumping through a gate all controls became unresponsive. I thought it was a typical closed socket dc, but it never dc'd. Only way I could log off was to go to the windows task manager and close the program. This is all happening on my 2nd monitor. Now after the program loads I get a black screen. I can hear the game sounds but have no video. Only thing I can do is hit escape and close the program. I have Windows 7 and have been running dx 9 for both clients without issue. I ran the repair tool on both clients but no help there. Just curious as to why this suddenly happened and hoping for a fix short of a new install.

Just noticed I can log my alt on to this account and have no problems. Only have the black screen with this alt. Curious.

If you have not done so already then please file a support ticket under stuck character to have this resolved.
