III) Complexes (aka Outposts/POSes)
A) Modularity should be king.
i. Every module should be individually configurable for access by members of the alliance /corporation. Alliance/Corporation members assigned to a particular module should be allowed to do all that the role they are assigned though only with the module they are assigned to. If corp member A is assigned to Mobile Lab A, he can't cancel/deliver or even see what corp member B is doing in Mobile Lab B.
B) Variety should be queen.
i. Give us more modules as well as more variation in types of POSes. Where are our Bomb Launcher Batteries? What about Invulnerability Field Arrays or Solar Collector Arrays or Mainframe Batteries?
ii. Eggs and Towers are fine and all though why are we restricted to anchoring POSes at moons or Planets? Angel Cartel has apparently figured out how to anchor bunkers in deadspace, why can't we? What if we were allowed to actually occupy bunkers and such found in anoms? They would have fuel requirements and would provide some of the benefits similar to Tower modules while being dockable like outposts. Sort of a mini-outpost without the need for Sov and a more lenient restriction on number per system. Make them conquerable (rather than destroyable) like outposts with a maximum number of occupants and they will lead to more small gang warfare I am betting

These are just some of the ideas that I have had bouncing around in my head (admittedly. some are recycled from other ideas I've read that I liked).
