Still not available to the Australian market, is there an ETA on removal of this completely artificial restriction?

there are no restrictions in bookselling (well there are, but nobody listens)

You can also buy now it as an e-book (on your PC or Kindle) from Amazon.

I was referring specifically to the ebook version distributed through iBooks. It is available in the US iBooks store but not in the Australian one.

Appears not to be available in the UK on Kindle either, as others have noted here.Cry

Only Paperback, Hardcover and Audio versions in the UK at the moment??

You can grab it from the Amazon store in Australia (and in the UK I assume). You just have to use the right method. I've already grabbed and read my copy online.
