I scrolled through the posts and think the Phoenix basic's are covered. Like it cant jump into high-sec.

Time to move on and buy one in lowsec. Fit up torps, warp to a pos and fire.

Remember EVE rule nr 1 tho.

If you intend to use it for PvP you will need some mates and a support fleet or it will not last long.

If you just want to see what a Phoenix is like without spending 2 billion ISK just log in to SISI and try one out there.

You need to have had a current and active EVE account at the time the last mirror to SISI was done (last was a month or two back I believe, not sure, but they are probably due for a new mirror). Note that this requirement may be changing.

This is the Wiki:

https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Singularity

You need to create a separate EVE directory on your PC and modify the startup to link to SISI instead of TQ, Details of how to download and do all that are here:

http://community.eveonline.com/support/download/test-servers/

Currently the other part time test server, Duality, appears to also be enabled so that is available as well.

NOTE: You still need the skills for the ship and your SISI character will mirror your real characters current skills at the time of the mirror plus training to date BUT you can get up to 10 million extra SP by fronting up for mass test events (2 mill per event max 10 mill) to cross train on other ship skills your real character does not have .
