The feedback-button doesn't seem to work on the website. But I had a improvement idea. It's a small one, but a cool one. Basically just adding margins to the site and a cool background graphic instead of the complete white background. I fiddled around with the .css file and came up with this

When I try to update my transaction data, I am getting this SQL Error message:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND c.regionID=r.regionID AND s.regionID=r.regionID AND s.constellationID=c.cons' at line 1

Anybody else has this problem?

Is there some plan to update item names to new patches (amror and shields modules, MWDs & ABs...) and add new modules like the Missile Guidance Enhancer?

Serene - I'm currently the holder of o7news.com - would you be interested in a DNS redirect for, say, eveprofit.o7news.com to this tool? I'd be happy to basically "fire and forget" on that, updating the IP it points to when you need or even pointing to a dyndns account or some such.

Might be a little cleaner-feeling for some users than an IP, and lets people bookmark and have minimal interruption if you do need to change IPs for some reason.

Does the profit calculation take into account purchases that are not resold? In other words, does normal shopping for ships, modules etc. count against calculated profit?

Yes it does. Basically it records every purchase and sale you make, and uses it to calculate profit. If you trade in ships mods, and also consume those same ships mods to PVP and blow up in space, you're gonna end up with a deviation from the actual result.

One alternative is to purchase your PVP stuff in a toon not inserted into your "EVE profit" account. This way it will not mess with the regular market stuff.

Anyway, give it a shot. It's free and your only job is to add a couple API keys...

I have a quick question about merged characters

I started out with three trading characters which I have merged into one virtual character.
Now I have trained up another two characters is it possible to merge those two characters into the "original" merged one?

I can of course delete the original merged character and make new one spanning the five characters behind it. But I would like to avoid that because I think I will then lose my trading history, is this understanding right?

You can give me a hint on how to sort this situation

My e-mail is included in the bottom of the README in the source which will show when you view the eve-profit bitbucket page.

I will be putting in a brief news item on the eve-profit website as well regarding this.
