If WIS ever comes out, they will probably do something similar to the incursion chat channels when you go into a certain area and they may have open voice comms for proximity chat.

My point is simply that when they finally do get it - they probably won't have what they want or are imagining and thus will be very dissatisfied.

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.
