I am looking for a Navy Omen Issue fit for sansha that can run 8\10 ded sites with a buddy in VNI. Also looking for a fit along side 8\10 ded that can run null sec sites for best isk/hour. Note I can use t2 guns/tank/cap mods

Also anyone have up to date guide on sansha sites?

The only times I've seen it work was when something else took the aggro at first, so the cruiser could pick up speed anf get out of the tower's range.
