Turning Active Modules On and Off while in station

I think that being able to turn active modules on and off in the station prior to launch is a good way to test the attributes out of such modules that are fit to the ship prior to leaving the station.

Not certain about turning them on and leaving them as an active shield hardener may effect someone's Microwave T.V. dinner or pacemaker while in station. We really don't need a Rogue Drone Micro bursting from that slice of cheese pizza right before it is eaten......Yes we do.

This is something that CCP is already trying to implement into the game.
