I know mine isn't as my account with my alliance creator is no longer subbed since I was paying for it with plex, then (not)afk campers and lack of play time removed all my in-game income.

I just repeat what i said in the other Thread.

I have a Sisi Alliance running open for corps to join in if they're in need of an alliance to test/use alliance level stuff.
