Hello Everyone,

As of 14.04.16, Outstanding Contracts for : Caldari Navy, Emperor Family, Federation Navy, Lai Dai Protection Service

I've operated New Eden's first and finest standings agency for over six years and I'm starting a new recruitment phase.

What does this mean?

I advertise my business which sells standings to characters. We achieve this via running missions with clients in fleet.

I need more missioners. Clients pay me the ISK, you run the missions, I pay you. Your pay is guaranteed (6 years operation without a pay dispute). As you can see from the link in my forum sig (first link) and the links and reviews in there we are well known.

What does this offer you as a missioner?

1. You stay in your own corp.
2. You play when you want to and only when you want to.
3. You can choose contracts that come up on my mailing list.
4. Missioning with one of our clients in fleet will roughly double the value of the LP you transfer to the client.

For example, if completing a mission that awards 2000 ISK/LP, half goes to the client, being 1000 LP. The "standings value" of this mission will roughly pay you twice this value. This is a very approximate calculation - you are not paid based on LP but instead based on how much standing you transfer the client. The harder a missioner the more LP it gives and also the more standing but the two are not directly correlative.

This process is set up to help missioners, particularly blitzers of level 3 and 4 missioners, earn significantly more ISK than otherwise, and enable clients who do not wish to run missions to get standings while doing nothing.

Feel free to read my sell advert thread (first link in forum signature) and contact me if you would be interested in this process and working with me. There is no commitment required (except please tell me if you accept a client's job and then have to stop for some reason) and as you may imagine, having done this for 6 years this is a very smooth operation.

FAQ :

When do I get paid?
When you complete a job, or at a "round number" of clients standing, i.e 1.00, 2.00, 3.00 etc.

Which corporations are most popular?
Caldari Navy is the #1, then Sisters of Eve, then the research corporations (Lai Dai, Carthum, Zainou etc) and then the other fleet navies.

What about storyline missions?
Storyline missions don't share standings with fleet members, so don't do them on our account!

How can I trust you?
I've been doing this for 6 years, you can read my forum thread. There has not been a single complaint about not paying missioners.

How can I learn more?
Evemail this character ingame.

Thanks for your time reading this!

In the past I had thought about starting a Standings Business but after a while I realized Exploration was my true calling.

Anyway, good luck with the business.

So many things left to chance in your plan I dont even know where to start.

Do you calculate how much you pay to the mission runner based on his relevant social skills?

How do you calculate payouts exactly - what is the formula?

In essence how do you guarantee that the pay for the mission runner is larger than what he shared trough LP and mission ISK reward?

For example

How much will you pay a security mission runner with level 5/5/5 (Negociation / Security Connections / Social) for each LP shared when each LP is worth - lets say - 1500isk to him. How about a 3/4/5 or a 4/4/5 and so on?

I understand you dont pay based on LP ... how then?

How will the mission runner know when the client has reached the standing he has payed for so he can exit fleet and not share LP/ISK for something he is not payed for?

If you can provide satisfying answers to the above concerns I will sign up my carebear pilots

1. You get paid for getting a client standings. Your level of social means you earn that standing faster. Just like "Erect a fence." If you're good at it you'll do it quicker. You get paid the same amount in less time. $100 for putting up the fence. Fence Building - 5% increased fence building speed per level. At V you get $100 25% faster.

2. The payouts are a set amount for 0 > 1, for example, is 97.5mil. This is based on me doing a load of missions, averaging how long it took me to get standings (and how much LP and ISK was transferred to the client) and then choosing a value above this at a level that was high enough to encourage missioners and low enough to attract clients.

3. This business would not exist if you didn't earn more. I've been here for 6 years. Come work with me, do a single contract 0 > 1 and do the math yourself. I really can't promise more than that.

4. For the first 12 months of my business the clients paid based on LP. This method was non functional. Missions pay different LP based on system security, corporation and so forth. That doesn't function, as a currency it doesn't correlate. We simply set the prices we pay missioners "high enough" for it to be valuable to you. Again, come and try a 0 > 1, it's a 1hr contract or two at most. You hate it? I pay you and you walk.

5. We use calculation spreadsheets to determine client standing. It is 99% accurate (rounding). Sometimes you will go over. A client going to 5.00, at 4.98, a mission might give the client enough to place him at 5.01. You don't get paid for the .01 unless the client then books 5 > 6. Otherwise it's a gift and is unavoidable.

Hope that helps.

After a chatt with owner of this service I must say in no way I will ever consider working like this.

I'll give the details here so people can make up their own minds.

From the ammount client pays for the contract you get 65% owner gets 35%.

In essence you end up with 2/3 of pay but give up a big chunk of LP/ISK while the owner gets 1/3 of your hard work doing nothing but managing contracts.

Its just to greedy of a scheme, but thats just my oppinion on the matter.

But the isk might be higher so to each his own.

Well that's totally against the tone of the conversation we had yesterday, but I guess you're right.

You never asked me what I do to earn my cut and you never asked me to justify why I the missioner/admin split is at the level it is.

As I said to you yesterday - this service has been running for 6 years. If my only motivation was that I was "greedy" do you really think I'd still be here 6 years later?

Would I have written a standings syallbus for Eve University? http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Standings_and_Standing_Mechanics

Would I have lead a class to EUni students to teach this syllabus?

Would I have setup a community for epic arc missioners to share information/strategy? https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=5220216#post5220216

Would I run a free third party service? (It's in my signature)

Would I answer evemails from people who do not even want to use my service to explain to them the benefits of different routes to standings, methods of obtaining it and in many cases designing individualised standings plans for people - for free - just so the standings mechanics of Eve are easier to navigate?

I've not done business with him because I'm a new player with not much isk, but we've talked a lot about standings and I've asked him a lot of questions.
He help me to choose the right decisons and now I know what I need to do.

It's a very kind person, he's happy to help players even if no isk are involved, I recommend him.

The above quote is from my forum thread...

The missioner and admin split is simple - missioners get paid substantial amounts of money, I earn enough to make me want to continue "managing contracts" which of course contains a vast amount of effort you didn't take the time to talk to me about and uncover.

I'm absolutely fine with your opinion being posted on here, but I'm dissapointed that you would accuse me of things you never even spoke to me about, without researching my background or investigating my intentions at all.

I'm not surprised, their tone was super hostile form the start. I'd have been suspicious if suddenly the tone changed to friendly Blink

Given that, if what Ginger says is true, and you take 35%, what is the appeal for dedicated mission runners to do this, beyond helping others raise their standings?

I was curious about this service, so to get an informed opinion on this I volunteered my services to the OP and I am currently working a contract for him.

I have a question to the OP though, I always thought standings were shared regardless if you shared the mission reward?

No, you have to check share rewards when you complete the mission for standings to be shared.

Nope, standings is part of the 'mission reward'. Always has been as far as I can remember.

Which I have been doing, but I could swear there was a point in the past where you didn't have to do that.

Yes, because some people do not want to grind standings, and are insanely EVE rich.

First of all, thanks to the OP.

I just finished my first contract with him and it gave me a quite nice amount of extra isk with only a marginal amount of extra work. 35% for his work seems like a fair deal for me, because I have zero interest in setting up a buisness like this and without him I would have exactly zero extra isk.

Ginger Longrun, if you feel 35% is too much, feel free to set up a buisness yourself and harvest the rich fields. Don“t count on me tho, from what I have seen here I would never do buisness with you.

So to any potential recruits: I recommend this service. Want OP claims is true, he nearly doubled the isk amount for the LP gained.

If you're after Caldari Navy, go to Suroken, three level 3 security agents and a level 2 in a single station.
