After playing some time with Kronos, I have to say its a perfect ship, but it lacks one more mid point for LMJD.
Currently there is four, and you have to use all four if you want it to work in pvp and be on same page with Vargur\Golem in applying damage, but this cuts you out of LMJD, which leads to point where you have to skip fights, while if you choose shield marauders you can give it a go.

Vargur and Golem can be easily fitted with excellent (same or better then kronos\paladin and even with ancillary shields, that doesn't require capacitor) tank leaving some space for LMJD and/or propulsion modules. This leads to the point that in PVP they are simply better choice to field, while using kronos places you in worse position by default.

It is understandable there is no buff without nerf, so remove one low slot (or even high instead of low), so people will have to sacrifice something. Shield tank that not relies on capacitor is already stronger in pvp, so it will not change grand scheme too much, but we will definitely see kronos\paladin on pvp scene more often, it will also open possibilities for many new fittings and give those ships new breath.

TLDR Currently, if you want to fly PVP marauder choice of ships is too obvious. It would be nice to see armor marauders used in PVP on the same level with shield ones, and adding 1 more mid slot can greatly help with that.

I'd fly 5 med slot Kronos / Paladin for pvp. Having to either drop the webifier / mwd or warp disruptor to be able to fit a large MJD sucks.

And this slot comes from where exactly? The low slot so you have vastly inferior tank perhaps?

if caldari's new t2 is based on rokh (to include hybrids and keeps the model)....I'll sign that petition.
