Getting on login screen takes too much time

The "preparing data" procedure (the period of time from the moment of hitting play button to the moment of observing the login screen) usually lasts around 5 minutes (can be more) when it comes to loading the 2nd,3rd, 4th, etc account. That issue is not occuring before dt (at least from 04 et) , and usually starts appearing right after DT.
I dont have the resource files downloaded and its getting really annoying.
Please tell me what to do in order to fix that.
