T3 or T3?

I'm back on EVE after two or three (long) (very long) years. I already have some T3 pilots (a Minmatar and a crossed-trained Amarr and Caldari), but I discover the new T3 Destroyers.
I usually play in wormholes and I discovered Thera. This pilot is quite a new born, and I wonder: which T3 Destroyer is the most useful for the gameplay I like? Any advice will be much appreciated.

What does it have to do with a destroyer ? Even t3 destroyer ?

If you need a scout, then train for a ceptor. If you need a char to run relic / data sites, then get a cover ops or an Astero. With destroyer you will get popped at the first gate camp in 0.0, with inty you have a chance to run.

Then I'd recommend a cloaky Legion (for some odd reason it's the best T3 exploration fit I can come up with) - or one of the very shiny "new" ships of the Sisters of Eve lineup. That is either the Astero (limited due to it's frigate size) and the current top-of-the-line-swiss-army-knife - the Stratios.

Thanks a lot for your answers. I checked on some websites and the new Sisters of Eve ships seem to be the best choice for what I'm planning to do.
I was wondering about the new T3 and it clearly seem – as Garrett Osinov tells me – that it is not appropriate.

EDIT: I'll begin with an Astero in lowsec, due to some missing skillpoints… Thanks for your advice!
