I log in this morning and see a great banner at the bottom of my character selection screen advertising Industrial Style Skins and Clothing.

Got me thinking, oh that sounds good but Why?

Your avatar is only seen by you in your locked down CQ.
So why is time being spent of this part of EVE. Are there plans ahead? No I am not pushing WIS.

That would count as client modification, and is therefore not ok.
