Always Escalate?

Hello all,

I did an unrated site last night which escalated. I went to the escalated site and cleared it (and any structures I could shoot) and I didn't receive a pop up about room two.

Are the escalations (with different stages) guaranteed to keep escalating?

No, they only have a chance to escalate.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

It depends on the escalation. Some will always escalate, others have only a chance of escalating further.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.
