When was the last mirror and any ideas when the next one will be?

I literally just had a character transferred that isnt showing and would like to test some things, so I am also curious when the next mirror is, or at least generally how often it occurs and if it's usually fixed on a schedule or just whenever needed by the devs for testing.

There are currently no plans for a new mirror for Singularity. The current one was taken from Tranquility on August 28th.

There was around 4 to 5 months wait i think for the mirror (the last mirror was around this age)
