17.25B Open ended Bond 2% Collateral [In progress]

Apologies for the delay. I'm fine with rolling my previous investment into this new bond AS LONG AS the interest from the previous bond is paid out as originally agreed. So 2% of 5b is paid out to me and the 5b is rolled into this investment @ 2% interest.

If the above sounds good AND there is sufficient collateral to cover the 19b I'm fine with these changes. However, if any of the above is not acceptable or there is not sufficient collateral to cover 19b then I request for my 5b investment and 2% interest from your previous loan be paid out as soon as possible.

Hi Amarr Citizen 155,

The loan collateral will just remain with Chribba so no change there.
Interest payments will be:
2% on 5 B for full month on 13th (100Mil)
2% on 5B for 3 weeks (75Mil) - time between loan ending and first payment of Interest*.

*I had said two weeks but its a bit more then that, so bank error in your favor (or something in that vein).

For all investors -

I'm thinking that prior to the 1st of each month I will have to revisit the value of the collateral and state what I think each Item is currently worth.

If the value goes down - I suggest making a repayment based on % invested across the board.
If the value goes up - I will be able to increase the bond by the increased amount .

Change in value will only be made for adjustments of +/- 1B or more.

Thoughts?

Hello Investors,

Thank you for your ongoing support.

I would like to withdraw the Redeemer from the collateral pool.

I think Its worth 1.75B isk, couple of items are not coming up in Evepraisal: http://evepraisal.com/e/7447339

Can I get agreement from you all for the reduction:
Amarr Citizen
Dextrome Thorphan
Bad Bobby

and a volunteer to either reduce their stake in the bond by 1.75B or transfer to 1.75B @ 5*% with no collateral.

Also open to suggestions.

Will pay the interest if the bond reduces at the original amount invested until the end of the month or
1/2 a month of the higher interest if that's the way someone wants to go.

*Proposing 5% for amounts with no collateral, but can negotiate.

Discussions has BLOPs becoming a thing for a few of us at Exit-Strategy and I want to play =D

Chribba will make transfer as soon as he can get online.
I have also been discussing a withdrawal by Dextrome - below are the options:

Hi Dextrome,

I slept on the options, (I don't want to make you wait for weeks to get your ISK the idea of the bond was revolving door).

Options -
Can wait till the end of the month and see what I can do - Prob be around 2-3B (all going well)

Or can give you collateral items now
Value of Dreads are about 2.2B Carriers 1.1
3 Dreads and a Carrier + difference in ISK say 500Mil to inc part months interest?

Or you can sell all or part of your stake in the bond?

I'm AU TZ so let me know if you want to chat.

Many thanks,

goodlady Smith

Obviously this needs to be the same for all investors - however if everyone wants out will need to default and get Chribba to distribute the collateral

I was thinking something along the lines of this yes, any amount you're willing to release after this month.

If anybody here wants to take over part of my investment at the end of the month, that's fine by me too.

This loan doesn't seem to go for more than five minutes without changing somehow.

When I invest in a collateralised loan at a low rate like this, my intention is to forget about that money for a few months. I don't really want to deal with frequent changes that require my involvement and I don't want to have to read lots of EVE mails. The amount of effort I've had to spend on this is already far in excess of what I expect for a 2% return.

We're now dealing with someone wishing to cash out only two days after a request to reduce the loan amount. Given the amount of back and forth on this, you guys don't appear to be communicating very well.

I haven't received my 1.75B back yet. If you are going to run a revolving door loan with frequent changes like this, you are going to need to adopt a more effective way of dealing with it. In any case, since I haven't received my 1.75B yet, I have no problem with keeping that isk invested so that Dextrome Thorphan can get what he needs.

Sounds like a plan, will get Chribba to transfer the ISK to Dextrome - thank you

Eh you always reply so quickly... I didn't have a chance to reply to that 1.75b reduction. And that is somehow very bad of me?
I don't get what you're complaining about Bobby, this doesn't even concern you. No interaction of you was required. But thanks anyway, I guess.

Dextrome, I wasn't having a dig at you. My apologies if it came across that way!

Aside from that, I was only trying to be helpful. Your need is obviously greater than mine, so I've stepped aside so you can have the 1.75B instead. You would have been welcome to post after me and the same thing would have happened, but with less friction.

Yeah, I've obviously ticked you off. My bad.

I'll ignore the undertone and take that as a genuine thankyou for passing over the 1.75B to you.

But if you think that a change in the collateral or investment for this loan doesn't concern me, you are simply wrong. Doubly so, given this loan is already teetering on the edge of default.

Fair enough, I overreacted. My apologies.

I'll gladly accept the 1.75b reduction and will not require any further isk to be released early. (unless goodlady Smith needs to reduce the bond some more)
