Blueprints for Higher Tier Tech I Items?

Is this a thing? And if not, then where do all the modules come from? Drops? NPCs? Is there no way to produce or acquire your own higher tier tech I items other than through the market?

Drops.

Only BPOs you'll get are for Meta 0 T1 things.

Some faction and story line modules have BPCs available (drops, mission rewards and LP stores)

T2 have some BPOs (generally not worth what you'd pay for them) but most come from Invention from T1 BPCs


Most meta modules come from drops from NPCs.

Well there are at least 2,none Meta 0 items, that drop BPC: Ancillary Shield Bosster / Armor Repers in difrent Sizes.
Micro Jumpdrives Medium/Large BPC drop too, but...I think they dont count
