Getting wrekt in this... Logitics Depot? Exploration.

So i have no clue if this is common or not, or what these sites are called. They use relic/data cans and have some bad A defenses. Basically, i warped in to a data site, i hacked one cloaked can which opened up a jump gate. I got inside, went to a can, and got blapsed by this Extermination unit or something. Then, directly across the way, there was this tower which hit me as well at 200km lol. I have no idea how to run this site, but ot took 100m of my ships, and i expect its worth a lot. If anyone has any info whatit could be, i would be extremely satisfied to know how to run it next time. I appeared there were cans that would turn defenses offline, but seeing as how i cant stay cloaked in my helios and it one shots me, i have no clue what to do. Btw, im a VERY inexperienced exploration guy. Thank you for any help.

Here is information from CCP about the Cache sites.

You can use that information to google specific instructions/tips for how to run each variation.

Let's see, according to that Dev Blog those hacking sites were primarily created for experienced veteran explorers. In my opinion that means someone with very high level in exploration skills, ship skills, fitting skills and piloting skills.

Inexperienced solo explorers should probably stick with regular hacking sites. If insisting on running those sites, more than likely will need to fleet up with others to complete those sites.
