In pve fleets Revs are far from being bad, i've never seen a phoenix in an escalation site but ive seen plenty of Revs, seen a shield pvp Rev once though, t'was hilarious.

A Shield Revelation?? Oh my goodness what is the world coming to? 8 lows and only 4 mids and it's better to shield tank it? sounds like something is broken with capital armor tanking then. Can you post a Shield Rev fit that can be use in C5s please? I could use a shock therapy treatment.
