Basics:
Competent Legion pilot for missions or combat sites
Will have Armored and Skirmish Warfare Specialist 5 done by the time I plan on selling it (1 month)
Will also have Cybernetics 5 by the time I sell.
Can have Wing Command 5 done within 2 months, if it's worth the extra PLEX

I was thinking around 10b for start, and maybe 14b for b/o, but I'd like advice.
