I like the challenge...and maximizing my fits...trying new things...flying with friends.
Most of all though everything else gets boring as hell.
PVP is always changing...whether its new fits or the people you fight.

I love seeing a capital ship blow up in just a few seconds to the fleet of Stealth Bombers that just cyno'd in (covert of course). Also sneaking up on an unsuspecting fleet, just in time to decloak, snipe some ships right in front of the fleet, and warp off before anyone knows exactly what happened.

PvE is what motivates me to PvP.

I really only PvP to blow up ships and burn through ISK so that I have an excuse to get back to my one true love in this game: farming npcs like a boss.

Oh. Also, the shakes. 5000+ solo/small gang kills in and I still get the shakes from a good fight.

The challenge of trying to out-think another human being rather than exploit the vulnerability-by-design in whatever scripted PVE content.

I get the same "thrill" out of PVP in this game that I get from playing poker, basically. You don't always need the best hand to win because you are playing another person (or people) not just the cards they hold.

You must have missed Chessur's videos where he flies a Slicer solo without links or implants and slays many ships with it.

I mean, I think OGB should be removed from the game completely. But that's no reason to become a hater or to lose all sense of rationality.

On topic, I PvP for the fun of it, mostly :)
