I had a quick look in the dev blogs and didnt see anything about it...

So im gonna go with my gut and inform you that there are no sansha inhabited wormholes, wormholes have sleeper NPC's.

Yes, there are Sansha inhabited wormholes. Not sure if there are any C4 or larger though.

You might want to check again. The two whole occupied by the Sansha Nation are J005299 and J010556.

Aren't the two operated by Sansha both shattered wormholes though?
