While flying back a new ship for fitting where I tend to park, warped into Pator and...

Unable to warp. There were no buttons when I had any gate or station highlighted. Drop down menu to get to asteroid belts did not have a Warp To option. Could not move by double clicking, no movement by trying to change supwarp speed from motionless to max speed. After sitting there as a sitting duck, logged out then immediately back in. Was then able to warp, and found shield damage. Guess someone did try for the sitting duck skiff after all! Wonder who got a Concord scolding for it...

So far this morning that's the most unnerving bug, but not the only one. Installing implants led to the Skill Queue getting glitched, a Regional Market purchase vanished, came back and vanished again, and severe UI hesitation at times when aligning to a rat wreck.

So far the only temporary solution I have is clearing cache via the ESC menus each time it happens, or if I logout and come back later. What IS this???

The lag spikes/hesitations with the UI greatly increased yesterday with that downtime's patch. What else did it push to breaking?
