I am for sale, all CCP rules apply.

This is a near perfect boosting character setup to run tech 3 off grid boosts. Every leadership skill is maxed except fleet command V (which is at IV). Ready to fly perfect Legion,Loki, or Tengu for boosts, and a short train from Proteus boosting if you wanted those. 10m or so SP dedicated to mining, production and research and not far from jump freighter.

Currently sitting in +5s with a skirmish mindlink.

There are a lot of boosters characters that aren't really boosters. This guy is maxed out for everything except proteus, and is 10 days from max proteus links.
