Petition Website broken - can't submit ticket

I tried submitting a support ticket on the zen desktop website. After selecting the ticket type nothing happens and there also is no submit button. There is just the dropdown box and nothing else.

Hi, for investigating this a bit further: Have you signed into your account first, before trying to send the support ticket?

Same problem here, cant submit or make a ticket for support from the website
**edit** i get it, you need to log out and then log in and it lets you do the ticket

Hi guys,

Thanks for the heads up on this issue. It turns out that an external script library in the Help Center was updated recently which seems to have caused the Submit New Ticket form not to initialize correctly (i.e. nothing happening when you select the issue type) if the URL contains a trailing slash.

That is to say:
https://ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new <-- this worked...
https://ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ <-- ...while this did not.

This has now been resolved and we've taken steps to ensure that the ticket form will function normally with or without the trailing slash. :)
