Cannot log into one specific character. Cannot launch repair.

Cannot run the repair tool.

requests.exceptions.SSLError: [Errno 1] _ssl.c:504: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed.


Also this character cannot login without an immediate disconnection. Every other character I have can log in.
