Hello,
I'm trying to log in to Singularity for the first time by following the instructions here... https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Singularity

The launcher opens up but...I get a red bar along the bottom and a message that says "Client update was unsuccessful"
Also, I get a separate window that opens and says ....

"Traceback (most recent call last):
File "lib\update.pyo", line 233, in CreatePatch
File "lib\steps\createHttpPatch.pyo", line 93, in Run
File "zsync\zsync.pyo", line 458, in CreatePatch
File "zsync\zsync.pyo", line 474, in _WritePatchFile
OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied..."

and continues with a bunch of other text.

Please let me know how to fix this. Thank you.

Try running the launcher as an admin.
