Export market orders to file

Greetings,

i just came back after a little me time over the summer season and now i can´t get the market export function to work properly :-(
The path \Users\YourUsername\Documents\EVE\logs\Marketlogs\ was there, but nothing happens when i kicked the button.
I deleted the folder and reinstalled the game but it´s still not working, also the game did not recreate the Eve folder in \Users\YourUsername\Documents\ .
I´m running out of ideas here :-(

Oh, i upgraded to Win 10 over the summer, that's the only change i made to the system since the last time it worked properly .

So far i reinstalled the game twice, on different drives

running the launcher as admin fixed the problem for me
