I use dual monitor setup that allows me to devote a lot of vertical space to the overview, local and D-scan. I can keep an eye on a bunch of chat channels at the same time.

I'll admit I didn't read the thread, but I think MS-DOS 6.22 soundly beats Win 3.1 (but not 3.11)

In-Game hit the 'ESC' key, and then it is the 'General Settings' tab to edit the layout colors, and the 'Display and Graphics' tab for the screen size.
