Hello
I've sent one PLEX to another Character on a different account via the Character sheet Pilot License tab. But no added Skill training time has been received. I've received the notification on the sender side but not on the receiver side. I've submitted a support ticket but no answer from support. My alt character is about to run out of training within 24 hours and I'd like to get this sorted. Is there anything I've done wrong?

Just a quick update. My support ticket still hasn't been addressed. I don't know how long it takes to look into these. If you need anymore information please ask. Alt Skill queue is now stopped training.

Still no response to my support ticket. Should probably mention that the account that was to receive the PLEX is a Steam Eve account. Not sure if that matters. I would much appreciate a reply. Its been 3 days

Who the **** do I have to blow to get technical support around here? Over a week of silence! Its not a game issue that has effected everyone but it's my money we're talking about. $20USD vanished.

Hey there.

Please keep in mind that donating game time through PLEX and using the Multiple Character Training are two separate services. Multiple Character Training cannot be donated between accounts.

Regarding the support tickets. We have not been able to locate a ticket sent from your character, so could you please make sure that a ticket was actually sent, and we will assist as soon as possible.

The Ticket I submitted was from my character Amy Lee Summers (Sent to Owyn Krailton). It was a Plex i used to add game time and I've used this method before and its worked. Either way my Plex is gone and no time has been added
