still having problems with launcher hanging up

Every time i run the repair tool i get this

ConnectionError: ('Connection aborted.', error(10054, 'An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host'))


any clues how to fix - i am not computer savvy so please no IT lingo

This is likely being caused be a security application on your computer. For assistance with the issue please file a support ticket with costumer support.
