I would like to offer my 3rd party isk holding services since this seems to be more a bounty hunt then a merc contract. You won't have targets hunted down for you without a solid third party service to ensure payment will be delivered. I also recommend Chribba and Bebop if my services aren't acceptable for any reason

Uh, just an FYSA to all... a 2011 pilot isnt "low skilled". 2014 and up MAYBE, but still deadly with an effective training plan.
