Heya !

Lately I've been trying to poke Ishtar / VNI in anomalies in order to be reported in intel and have some nice fight.

However last few times I get NPC aggro and best of all, my last try ended up with a NPC tackling me, leading to my death x)

Is it normal to instantly get aggroed when you warp in NPC anomalies while someone is already there, or I've just been unlucky these last times ?

yes, in Retribution Expansion (2012) CCP broke NPC aggro mechanics in the course of their npc AI "improvements" (search for "Brains" devblog). Since then, rats in sites will protect the PvEer from PvP encounters in the way you described.

Try warping in at 50km?
