Having read through the entirety of your recruitment message, I am inclined to give you a free bump. That is, without a doubt, one of the more engaging and well thought out recruitment posts I've seen in the last few years. Having had quite a few ex-ARROW pilots in my previous corp, I can say you guys have produced at least a few admirable pilots over the years. Consider this a free bump, and a credence to your well thought out post.

The catch is I only have around 4.5 mil SP... though not much of it is wasted.

After reading the recruitment post I'm interested in knowing more about the arrow project but it's getting late so I'll try and get a hold of someone in game the next time I log in.
