Option to turn off camera drone 'head bobbing'

Current Mechanic: By default, our 'camera drones' weave around ever so slightly in space, making everything on screen bob a little in different directions.

Issues with this: Most pvp videos in eve are sped up, which means the bobbing and weaving becomes extremely noticeable.

Proposed change: Just add an option under graphics to turn it off, or have it turn off when selecting advanced camera options.

Reason this is good: People with motion sickness problems will thank you. Also, When making EVE videos, sped up footage wont have drunken camera operators. i know we live in the age of vertical phone videos of questionable quality but cmon, even phones now have video stabilization.
